Terms of Service
A 50%
non-refundable deposit is required prior to the initiation of any custom work.
The
remaining balance is due upon completion. At any time during the process, we
reserve the
right to draw upon the balance due.
All
work must be picked up and paid in full within 7 days of notification of
completion. After
7 days a $25.00/day storage fee will be applied to the balance due. Item(s)
will be considered abandoned after 30 days of non-payment and become the
property of James Kunzinger. No work
will be released
until paid in full. If paying final balance via check, check must be deposited
and cleared before item(s) will be released. Any checks must be made payable directly to James Kunzinger.
Turnaround times are an estimation and are therefore flexible. Due to the
nature of the custom
painting process, we cannot guarantee an exact completion date.
Where
shipping is involved, shipping insurance is available to protect your item(s)
against
loss or damage during the shipping process. Once your item(s) is picked up by
the shipping
company (ie: FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS, etc.) it is no longer in our possession
and therefore we can
no longer be responsible for its safety. Although shipping insurance is highly
recommended,
please note that it does not guarantee that the shipping company will honor
your insurance claim.
If loss or damage does occur during the shipping process, it is solely the
customer's responsibility
to follow up with the shipping company involved and file a claim. All custom
paint/airbrush work
is considered custom and is therefore a final sale. No refunds will be given
and no returns
will be accepted.
Samples
of previous work have been shown to convey the quality of said work. Artwork
has either
been sketched up and approved, or artwork had been supplied as reference
material. The artist
reserves the right to make changes to the artwork as he sees fit to improve
the overall appearance
of the finished product (color choices, layout, lettering, etc...) All artwork
and images of the finished
jobs become and/or remain the property of James Kunzinger to use at his
discretion.
When painting/airbrushing over existing paint and body work, we cannot be held responsible for damage incurred to/by said pre-existing work.
Any damage incurred after receiving the completed work is solely the client's responsibility.
