A: Yes...If your existing paint is in good condition and in need of no repair, we can add artwork on top of it.
A: No...Clearcoating over airbrush work is not as simple as just applying clear over a basecoat. We will clearcoat over all of our work. Your tins will come back to you cleared and ready to install.
A: Yes...You can base your own tins. However, the tins must come to us basecoated and cleared, with atleast 3 coats of a high solids urethane clear. We are not responsible for adhesion problems between your base and body work and the underlying tins, caused by poor prep work.
A: On jobs requiring only airbrush work and clear, we average an approximate 3 week turnaround. On those requiring basecoat/body work as well, we average an approximate 3-4 turnaround. Turnaround times will vary slightly at certain times of the year, with the winter months being our busiest.

A: In most cases, our client's supply us with the artwork that they are interested in having airbrushed. We can also custom create or modify artwork to your specific needs at an additional fee. Artwork is billed at $75/hr with a 4 hour minimum charge.
A: We recommend USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The Post Office (USPS) seems to have the best reputation for handling "Fragile" items with care, in our opinion. We recommend wrapping each piece individually with a soft sheet or Tshirt, and then wrapping that in bubble wrap. Be sure to fill any dead space within the box(s) with shipping popcorn to ensure that nothing shifts during shipment. It is best to pack each piece in a separate box. We return ship your tins in the same packing material in which they are shipped to us.
Q: Where do I ship my tins?
A: Please send all shipments to our main office ( NOT our studio ). The shipping address is: 8402 Clover Hill Loop, Hudson, Florida, 34667.
A: You can either send pre-paid return shipping labels with your tins (when shipping thru UPS), or we will invoice you upon completion of the job thru PayPal. The client pays all shipping costs coming and going, including packing materials and any insurance.
A: Send us only the pieces to be painted. All pieces must be completely disassembled. All gauges, gas caps, wiring, grommets, trim, ...etc., must be removed before sending us your tins. We do not want to be responsible for extra pieces that we are not painting.
A: We require a 50% deposit before the initiation of any job. The remaining 50% is due upon completion. Local customers can pay using cash, cashier's check/money order, or credit card (credit cards are accepted only online thru PayPal). Clients that are shipping their tins to us, can either send a cashier's check/money order for the initial 50% with their tins, or we can invoice you thru PayPal if you wish to pay by credit card. You will be invoiced for the 50% upfront and the remaining 50% upon receiving pics of your completed job via email. Shipping charges will be invoiced separately as stated above. ***Please Note: We do not accept personal checks.***
A: You can email us directly at JaymzAir@aol.com . Please be sure to include as much information as possible. You can copy and paste our estimate form directly into the body of your email to ensure that you hit upon certain key elements. We check our email on a regular basis and will respond promptly...usually in less than 24hrs.
A: Because the paint is the first thing they see!!! We are airbrush specialists. If you're just looking for a solid color paint job, we're probably not for you. We have over 14 years airbrushing experience and we put it to good use. When it comes down to the airbrush and artwork aspect of your job, I handle it personally. There is no need to worry which artist out of a staff of 12 airbrush guys will be working on your tins, because there is only one. I paint every job as if it were my own. My prep, paint, and finish staff are top notch and are the perfect compliment to my work. ( To be the best... you have to surround yourself with the best)
A: No...atleast not intentionally. We don't play that game. Many times our quotes will be the same, if not lower than other quotes you may have received. We have been in the business long enough to know that playing the "price game" not only hurts you and us, but it hurts other painters as well. As a customer, I would personally start to second guess someone who drastically cut their pricing, while claiming to offer you the same quality work as originally discussed. That is why we price ourselves competitively right off the bat. We want to give you best paintjob possible for your hard earned money. ( We can offer secondary options for paintjobs within a certain price range if our original quote is too high for your specific budget, but we will not price match. We understand that not everyone has "a million dollars" to spend on a custom paintjob, but just about everybody wants one...and we will work with you to make that happen.)
